current price of 116 from PML?

Anyone knows about the price now (after all the whistles and bells and rebates)?

I'm thinking of changing (yes, again) to a jag xf, but was wondering how much can i sell my 116..

some of you might know, my car is an end June 2012 crimson red, msports grill, black trims front and back (like sports line)

1-2weeks back, one can get 116i at 150k thereabouts. Not sure about now.

Dealer will probably quote 130k for your car.

140k could be achievable to sell on your own. 2nd hand market really slow moving now.

From 1 to xf. Big jump man.

Price might drop if the cevs rebate starts. Think 116i is eligie for 10 to 15k rebate. Coe has increased though.

PML quoted my wife $120 for her Jun12 116i with $22k over trade for a 320.

C&C quotes her $121 with $10k over trade + $5k cevs rebate for C180 CGI.

Hi all,

Just an update, yesterday i went to performance motor. I saw the price for the 116i is going for 169k after the CEV rebate (10k). Didn't seem to have any overtrade, maybe reason being I wanted to trade in a car which is not BMW related or luxurious in nature.

hmm.. seems like the cevs rebate is killing us..
but our vehicle parf is higher as cevs is eating into the parf value..

i'm looking for an xf 2012 facelifted one, not in a rush so perhaps look ard.. prefer black interior which is gonna be a long search..
dont intend to buy new unless in a rush.. haha..

if new will buy their diesel 2.2A version..

my parents say less space..
from lexus to F20
my parents keep quiet alr.. but i somehow feel their crampness..
heartache lar when i bring them out for weekly outings..

it was an emotional thing when i bought the f20.. hand itchy coz went with fren to see his x1..

If your parents' size is average then should be quite comfortable.

If not change to xf 3L. I find the 2.2L too torquey from stationary and not much mid end power. Your parents may not feel comfy too.

only test drove the 3l, 2.2a was not in then..
i was only considering since next yr diesel got better rd tax structure..

She is looking at the current 320 or the up coming 316 if the trade in price is reasonable.

Not consider the over-trade car price itself will loss $157,800 - $120,000 = $37,800

I am wondering if just only buy new car direct from AD without trade in your car, will they still give you over trade discount?

Tell them here's 2 crampness-proof way to overcome;
1) Remove excess body fats i.e. slim down more, if they belong to the obsese group.
2) If they are the difficult kind to please even with the X, suggest to them... how about a Van which have abundance of space.

I went from 4 door 5 seats & permanent roof to 2 door 2 seats & retractable roof. Cannot bring my parents out in my car. Have to use their car to bring them out

Depends on how we look at the issue:

1. If my parents r obsese, I would be nasty/good (depends how one looks at it) to get them to slim down. There's more health benefits and reduction in risk of Chronic Illness. Not telling them to slim down if they are obsese exactly does them more harm than good. Cents worth.

2. But if they (not obsese) are hard to please and complaint of crampness even with the X, I would suggest to them a Van* just because it has abundance of space.


* In some countries, SUV are also considered Vans.

Part of the drop in prices for the second hand market was due to the drop in prices for brand new to 149800.

Juz went pml walk walk 2day. They taking my 116i ard 125k if i get 316i. If 320i over trade only 10k nia. Lost ard 20k 4 a 7month old car. Test drive 316i bt cos mayb heavier,car dun feel s fast s 116i. Price of 316i is $186800.
