good idea.... with breakfast.. more energy too

the thing that got me really pissed...
1) they know the problem and can say solved when not solved!
2) courtesy car only offered after customers are pissed off!!

This is not an ethical way to do business! There are no perfect products.. there will be hick ups.. but the way they handle they customers... treat them like idiots...

When the pml guy offered Camry.. he said hertz only have camry left!!! i called hertz.... and i have a printout... they seriously treat me like an idiot! Plus if seriously hertx only have camry... why is that my problem?

If i cannot pay my car loan.. will pml pay for me???!!

Make sure you make it big. Pity I have a meeting tmrw morning, else i walk across to give u moral support. We as customers of PML have heard enough of this BS and high handed way of treating customers. Make a scence is the best, scare off their potential customers. embarrassed them. Those idiots. They often forgot we are the one who pay their salary.

i feel you bro
sell more cars + higher possibility of lemons + inexperience management + fed up mechs due to work overload = service sucks
it's a simple maths
and the worst is BMW Asia see no problem because sales figure is sibei tok kong = money come come = laughing to the bank

btw, you should receive customer feedback email after each service from pml .... rate sibei low and put your comment gao gao ... i think the email feedback is managed by BMW Asia. like i said, no high expectation

I was only offered 4 taxi vouchers by PML when I sent my car for 2 days to replace the HPFP under warranty. I took the vouchers anyway cos it is troublesome to inform the office and condo management to temporarily change the IU number in their carpark system for carpark entry.
I feel for you but sometimes just give and take so the blood pressure level will not shoot up lor.

I have problem with them...car went in 3 times once was towed in. Total number if days spent in pml for the last 3 weeks is 10 days. Juz got back car few days ago problem seem like not solved again. Might go back again tml. Having problem with my boost. Hpfp change n air intake manifold duct changed still...haiz! No courtesy car at all. Got 4 taxi vouchers for 2 days

i cannot accept 2 things, tell you cockabull reason like

1. no problem leh, drive for a few more days and monitor. come back if the problem persist.
2. problem is solved which is not

walao ... very tulan one leh everytime return to pml. waste time, inconvenience, and most importantly feeling tulan and spoil the day

335i like mine? Maybe only 535i will get replacement car? I only got replacement car during the first year with SE's help.

after F10, F30 will bring in a lot of moola for them
with high coe, most car sale will be conti like bmw/merc/audi/vw and we all know at the moment bmw is still the favorite

I was very firm with PML as far as the car's fault is concerned. The moment I see the SA, I told him I was very certain it is HPFP problem and I told him to change it. Less time wasted.

Seek help from outside workshop to dyno wat actually happen (without delete e error code) then pop by MA.. Tats wat I did when my idrive prompts me transmission error.. Ending up replace Mechatronic.
