OT abit,
I wonder with the new lemon law in place in Sept ... does that mean can throw the lemon back to PML and no need to bang table?

I don't think it's retrospective though.... those with existing lemons have to suck it in like for a pregnant woman.

Yes, you can always resort to a letter of demand from the lawyer - but that's additional costs on your part, unless you're a lawya like MW or maybe even Mapleleaf

All that talk abt lemon law, actually I have my doubts on how effectual it will finally be.
How to substantiate or really qualify for a lemon....i mean when it comes to real issues not the in theory stuff, enforcing body?
Looks n sound nice only cos I foresee feet dragging on lemon law issues even when it's effected.
Think need to hire powderful lawyas like mw to settle eventually.
All preease contribute to mw m5 mod fund....hehe
