Agree with taking a more relaxed attitude to driving - live and let live.
Completely disagree with overtaking on the left -- it's dangerous and a cause for accident. Nothing safe about it. The slow driver needs to filter left.

No matter ..... Singapore is so small. If an M3 goes from Changi to Tuas versus a Vios .... Averagely the M3 will reach there 10 minutes faster.
Barring a life threatening situation - what day to day business you would have that you can't lose these 10 minutes. Else, just overtake safely on the left (yes a minor inconvenience) and then forget it it ......
