I'm not sure if they are specialize in BMWs, but I see only BMWs cars there everytime I went there to pickup my car. I dunno if I can give the address here but you can google.com.sg search and you confirm will find them. I know one uncle there who works for PML during the E36-E46 years. When I just mentioned my problem, he just told me what are my solutions and did check just to confirm. I think he quite power lei..

cwoon, doubt you can get the workshops to do assessments unless you bring the car to them physically. My ride's an E36 too, Boss been working on the issues I've got for the last six months. Try them. 1 mech started with E36 as his first car, and another used to be in Club Sandy
FYI, I researched some on E36 and apparently it has common problems, including melting fuses which may cease some electrical-related functions that in turn affects operability, I'm still researching, but best to just lift the hood and look at the fuse box to be sure it's ok.
