Just checked my navi version is premium 2011 version. But it is still cock up. When I keyed in 60 for postal code to find infratint in tradehub... I had to scroll to 18 Boon Lay Way. Then it brought me to Holland (figuratively speakin).... I realised something was wrong when it kept going pass Safra Jurong.
Later learnt that a few GPS had problem finding tradehub, including my latest Sygic navi on iPhone. Only trusted google maps managed to save my ass and find the place.

how u check ah? haha...i mount my beloved garmin above the screen. best. takes me 1min to key in 6 digit postal code and bingo....the BMW gps brings u to the road but not specific to the block. imagine you want to find a particular HDB block to go in punggol....then all it can do is guide u to that road..and u can happily slowly look at all the car park to scan for the right block.

Key in 60, then find boon lay, key in 18.... then go holland. Haha. I think it is a maps problem similar to Sygic... key 609966 also bring me to Tuas. The maps in iphone Navifone can locate it as trade hub though.
Anyways, mount another garmin on the dash too unsightly la... especially since we are got a 5 figure GPS system! Learn to use our expensive GPS bro. Don't waste.

hahaha...i will ''try''. seriously if say u want to go to a particular block or buildings on that street....you cant count on this fellow. only brings u to that road. and that is after clicking and clicking and more clicking....by then my Garmin already connected online......

Since we all are not happy with the GPS map outdated version. Let,s all feedback to the SE and inform them that we put feedback in the soon to come customer satisfaction survey. We will also write BMW HQ on the same if PML do nothing.

ok i call my SE. he told me i can go back to update. i am arranging to go on wed noon. those who bought recently let's go! anyway i not very particular abt this GPS cause it will likely be a white elephant for me.
by the way how come the group of ppl who got delayed seems to have shrink?
wobbles your 6er coming 2012 shld have updated map. beside you are valued customer..so maybe can do free on your 7er? or they may ask you change to another new 7er for 2012 update

Maybe I will disturb my SE when the F13 is ready (next year, after CNY, according to last update. I think she also sian about me calling her every few days, hahah) to give me free upgrade on the F02 at the same time... but, can you let me know if you guys were successful in asking for upgrade, please?

Test drove both 520 & 523 last weekend. Was expecting to like 523's 6 pot more but actually was more drawn to the 520. Surprised that I preferred the 520 responsiveness. The taxi noise that I feared for the 4 pot wasn't perceptible.
Was quoted $237K for the 520, and $259 for 523.
Then they gave a trade in value for my Sep 95 E90 at a miserable $58K. And this is from a PML manager whom I bought my first Audi from years ago who said he'll take good care of me.
Think I'll just stick to my E90 for now...

Wah.. how come the trade-in for the E90 is so low? What's the mileage like?
Also, I'm sure you know this but PML gives diff overtrade values depending on the BMW you want to buy. They offered me a crappy overtrade value when I was looking at the X3 but a great one when I asked about the 523.

Hmm... I finally got a chance to check my Sat Nav GPS version on my F02... looks like I really kiasu, and jumped the gun.
Paiseh, paiseh... I'll try to squeeze my Sales Exec. for the 2012 map when I collect the F13 next year instead, hehe.
