F10 stock clearance promotion

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

Ok, if that's the case then PML isn't taking the cars out because they don't want to pay $ until after they received the same from the buyer?

Yup, accident free and first owner. No issues at all.

The SA had the cheek to sms me a week later and ask if I am interested to do the deal. I answered politely "not at current prices and trade in. Let me know when there's a promotion." Then silence from her. Hopeless.

ur SE pretty anot??

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

nowadays whether referral or not is no use. With the current COE levels and ridiculous car prices, and if you cannot take the trade in or the so-called promo, the SE offer you one night stand also you cannot buy

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

i think your statement is subjective....

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

yes it is. I no money to buy new car and am extremely jealous of you F10 people buying new car and I dun have

Was your SE a referral or did you just walk-in?

I knew the Manager from years ago when I bought my Audi from him. He asked the SE to "take good care of me". So, in a way, yes it is a referral.

Ouch, that's not a good referral then. You should talk to the manager and ask him if the SE's offer was a reasonable/fair one.

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

Actually, at the end of the day, in all honesty, a Sales Exec/Sales Agent is only limited by what he/she can legitimately do, given the confines of the company. I think it's how he/she puts the point across & manage the expectations & also the soft skills that make him or her stand out & for us to keep going back to him or her for our subsequent car upgrades/trade-ins/trade-ups.

I mean, it's not like they can bend PML's chao rules just to please a customer, can they?

I disagree (somewhat).

Yes, there are rules which the SE cannot break but they will definitely have some flexibility or bargaining power. We all know this when we ask our SE for a better deal and they say "no".... but then, somehow, can work up something more attractive.

I'm not suggesting that DriveAllDay's SE should break rules but I think that the quote on the trade-in is poor given that we've all seen better. So, it seems that the SE was trying to a difficult position or was too junior to offer something better. Whichever the case, I believe the SE could have raised the position but either chose not to or did not know how to.

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

That's a fair comment, bro Jase - good point. Perhaps it's also lack of experience on the SE's part.

I suspect that's more the case. We've seen good SEs and bad SEs. I'm not saying that she was a bad SE.... just inexperienced perhaps.

But I've also seen SEs who are arrogant and rude, and just can't be arsed to give you their time simply because they're used to people walking into PML and plonking down chqs without blinking. For these folks, they need a lesson in customer service and humility.

That's got nothing to do with customer service though, especially from an organization like PML.

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion

Conti car SEs are already not bad Liao. U walk into Toyota showroom and ask for the brochure they will give you a disgusted look and point to a board and say "prices all there" and go back to playing with their Facebook

Re: F10 stock clearance promotion
