Tickets will be issued for all 116 seats. So the thing is that its either gonna be distributed from the backrow onwards starting from the top of the namelist or its going to be on a first come first serve basis.
As we've booked the entire cinema, I thought it would be fair for everyone on a first come first serve basis since everyone who has registered is comfortable with the timings.
For those coming in a big group, please try to arrive earlier or perhaps split yourselves into 2-2 or 3-3 or 2-4 kind of arrangement.
Inevitably there will be a few others who will be sitting alot further front than the others, which of course some may be fine with.
What do you guys think? We've still got some time to arrange this so please do chip in some advise or comments.

Tickets will be issued for all 116 seats. So the thing is that its either gonna be distributed from the backrow onwards starting from the top of the namelist or its going to be on a first come first serve basis.
As we've booked the entire cinema, I thought it would be fair for everyone on a first come first serve basis since everyone who has registered is comfortable with the timings.
For those coming in a big group, please try to arrive earlier or perhaps split yourselves into 2-2 or 3-3 or 2-4 kind of arrangement.

1st come 1st serve be fine...don't want it to be juz another typical movie experience...i wouldn't even mind not having a seat if its fullhouse...on the steps also can...heh...since its a community outing...juz be relaxed free and easy...of course switch off mobile, dun rock e guy in front of u still lah...heh...
hey rex, if GV is issuing you tickets still...how about asking them to issue all 119 tickets uncut?
make it a collectible for 1st whole cinema booked movie outing ever organised...over time might fade..but well...........
