I'm not a lao jiao, very newbie or contributor etc...
I like reading posts from MW, Kenn and company which I find it's very entertaining and informative at times.
This forum is like the growing population of Singapore. So it's definitely going to be crowded where more and more interesting or maybe, repetitive queries surfacing that will irritate the hell out of the lao jiaos who have been answering them all these while.
Can;t help when BMW is selling so well with more people joining to forum. The cosiness may be affected but I believe it;s still tolerable.
A little more patience will go a long way either to the lao jiaos or newbies but I would hope that people can be more sensitive to every individual around us.

Not old bird here and not exactly very active either.
Just a quick comment. Just in life, as you grow old, you start to find the youngsters irritating. Always complaining, no initiative, cannot wait.
The youngsters will find the old men irritating. Always talking about your past contributions, extremely impatient, quick to judge.
So in a forum, as in life, we just need to tolerate. Old birds cut the newbies some slack, newbies give the old birds the appropriate respect. Cant be that hard right?
