Anyway I thinks the problem lies more with the transmission than just electronics..

lkm;923578 said:The complexity of the issue is that it both mechanical and electronics. It's easier to solve the electronics first. I had the "jerk-before-stopping" issue a few years ago, and a simple clearing of adaptation values and reprogramming of the EGS solved it. That was an electronic issue.
Some bros are a little more unfortunate. The software solution didn't work. And that resulted in the necessity for mechanical repairs.
So, really, my recommendation is to do the less expensive option of reprogramming of the EGS first. Pray hard. And if that doesn't work, then it's time to open up the transmission...

The software reset is a temporarily delay solution, but sooner or later when the values get high (due to wear and tear), the only road ahead is replacing the parts.
Overhauling the valve body & solenoids is expensive, parts alone is already 2.2k but solenoids alone is much cheaper.
Can try reset, ATF fluid change, sooner or later valve body or solenoids part change if afflicted with the infamous jerk!
