For YZJ, the short trigger will be in a different context:

(1) Condition - NOT in a secular downtrend (monthly, weekly charts all downtrend)
(2) Stock traded up FROM a congestion zone
(3) Day charts can spike, but MACD Diff histograms have to show exhaustion by forming a longest positive bar.
(4) See previous pattern - lots of bulls trapped in that spike.

Again, even if I cannot trigger a short, it will stop me from chasing longs. I might be wrong, but odds are no good for chasing.

My bet, day-count-wise (typically 2-3 days in its break-out move), it will have difficulty clearing 1.15.

My bet, day-count-wise (typically 2-3 days in its break-out move), it will have difficulty clearing 1.15.

its a technically broken stock. Fib# sets right at abt 1.15 so it has to go above current px or else doomed again back into descending channel. No positions for me here.

I rather trade SPX futures as thats clearer to me than YZJ lol...

At times, but Asian hours I do Asian stuff............

but u need to d asian hrs to prepare for US mkt.. takes me sometime to analyze d newsflow n SPX futures chart.

Asian stocks arent always macro driven, instead usually insider news driven so unless u got tips not easy n cant apply standard TA coz it wont act that way

Frankly, Asian stocks, especially local pennies or micro pennies, are so inefficient that either you shun, or could reap a windfall from trading them. Ride with the kelong forces.

And when it comes to TA, on local stocks, one cannot apply a single technique across.....

yup thats y global traders prefer big caps n index stocks coz standard TA works quite well for them. I long only SGX stocks coz theyre too insider tips driven IMO

yea following other EMs.. looking at US mkt, price actions are positive but put call ratio still extreme low, so funds r buying up stocks but same time buying alot of downside protection... usually in a bull mkt corrective phase this is bullish, but if their call options purchases become true, die liao... next wk we'll find out during FOMC...

yes IMO as US$10BN taper is prob priced in already short term so watever selling is abt done already. Get analyst report where they have the US10yr treasury spread to SREIT yield, v useful chart so u can see wat i historical spread n good to decide when to buy SREITs..

Longer term id only buy if Im comfortable w the US10yr treasury to SREIT yield spread has expanded enough to deem SREITs good value again.
