Sorry, I was corrected.

A guru told me ARF will be adjusted and thus pricing will also go upwards and thus balancing out the reduction of COE of Cat B cars. So at the end of the day, save $30k from COE, but pay $30k for increase in ARF. And still must come out 50% cash and can take only 5 years max loan. Lam par pah lan.

Ok, still got chance to say BMW may return to high class status after all

Lek boy, BMW or MB will become like another Honda or Toyota.

If all COEs at around $20k then the new rules for motor vehicle loans got no great impact at all.

Just imagine;
BMW 328 or MB C200 (am assuming both cars’ OMV around 45k) is going back like 2009 and their selling prices are less than $150K then many people think cheap leh and find ways to fork out slightly less than $80k (including insurance + simi accessories + also don’t know smlj) can chut teck kok chia liao..…new year got car to drive liao, sart wat!
