When i got my F30... i was looking for BBS CH-R 19", happens so that he was trying to sell those.
He mentioned that those rims/tyres were barely less than 2000km. I did a search and happen to realise those being 6 mths old.
Didn't really trust him for the tyres. Went to LS tyres to check if his fitment is ok for my F30, Daniel said cannot.
From then on he kept bombing me.. day and night... saying it will fit.
P.S: He told me he owns an M3 (2011, display unit @ MA which he bought for 330k) that he sold to MW for 500k...

Hang a set of police uniform in his car, and claimed that he a senior officer at Traffic Police.
Someone questioned his email with a tpl domain, he even claimed that it was Traffic Police Logistics without the gov.sg post-fix.
Epic.

When he saw us at Simpang Bedok, he U-turned and drove away.
Few years back, he masked himself under a new nick and MW caught him peddling some stuffs here.
And hence the cynical nature of some of us lao jiaos. We have seen many of these crooks and snake-oil salesmen before. Our scepticism is not unfounded.
