Ya bro. Same happened to my ride. Brought it to PML they were saying need to upgrade software or something like that. Mine is a n55 335 2 yrs old only.

for me 3 times.

1st i think normal
2nd time i think suay
3rd time i kiasi go PML

1st time go MA servicing, they still will say my O2 senor is clean up cos it was abit dirty ... 2nd time they say nothing ...
3rd time .... they lagi say nothing ....

Complain screeching noise on right turn, they comment say got Strut bar installed ... but never say what cause the the sound. say go over hump got knock sound they say nothing ..... Haiz ....

Thats y got senior say still the best Tech guys are in PML ....
advertisers inclusive too ... ie. BOV etc ..

Just ran 1000km after last servicing ... and servicing light pop out for 25,000 km servicing.... si beh xian since done at 24,000km plus ...

no symptoms,the car warning lights just say abs failure,i think the brakes will lock up when you brake hard.

DV, when ABS module up lorry what symptom the car exhibit ?

My last merc has this problem. haha very fun to go test with mechanic.

go fast ( not too fast please) on small empty road. E brake full force. Tires will scream. Go down and check tyre marks. Full skid = ABS didn't work. Broken thread marks = ABS worked.

This was done on my 16 year old merc when the ABS module was suspected dead. In the end, it died and was changed to new module.

They quite slack ? All sounds like suspension related issues ...... And never set OCI properly ....

Latest my 1 year plus few month 335i coupe die on me 3 times inclusive today ...
Now shivering n rpm will crazy hover to 1000 n around 500 rpm without any step on gas...

They did that crap servicing interval reset to my ride too! only 1000km... wtf are they thinking?

I've been fed up by MA already, their mechanics abs suck. My car went dead 5 min after leaving their servicing facility, took them 1 week to diagnose the problem. Final bill came at around S$2k and they claimed they have done nothing wrong LOL. Funny part is they even charge me for the tow truck, wtf...

the symptom is exactly the same with my N55 135i, I even still have the video trying to record down the RPM hovering.

Check your charge pipe, intake piping and MAP sensor. Don't believe the software upgrade thingy PML/MA throw at you, it won't help. Upgraded mine and didn't help at all.

Heard the N55 Charge pipe is prone to problems .....

My charge pipe burst if u follow my the other journey thread... Ma replace foc...
Car seat plastic no reason it broke, ma struggled with me over a ten dollar issue n finally say foc again...

The freaking headlight water spray plastic always misaligned n cannot close back. Done it for like 4 times already.

Now the car shivers n vibrates when coming to halt or stop position.

Squelching sound when right turn but gone now ...

I do not know if lemon law applies here. As still left with more than 1.5 years warranty, I m going to attempt them to do it proper, otherwise I reckon I have to serve them with notices. My first experience with a conti car is unbearable. Seems like every 1-2 months have to go complain. I m going more regular oil change than required n car still problematic ... Haiz ...
