My old place... one level 4 units' kitchen facing each other... one AM couple like to make out in the kitchen... can hit note as high as a soprano with echos... Strangely no complaint to MCST before... noises are selectively to ears... personally...

I am so happy now that I have good and considerate neighbours...I think we should all educate our children when they become too noisy...nowadays kids are with maids most of the time and parents all busy earning $ and not at home....must find time to teach the kids...

social problem of crowding?

had a fren who had a sea facing private condo. tormented by the noise upstairs he went upstairs to request some consideration and relief from the nightly time old folks karaoke, day time jumping around grandchewren. to cut the story short, it ended with in court where the judge ask them to sort it out themselves. my fren beh tahan. bought landed opposite his wife's sibling. happier now.

It's human problem. Not crowding. Heard similar stories in landed properties too. Maybe GCB is the ultimate answer? or keep moving till the neighbors are considerate..... Good neighbors are like good company/culture/colleagues I guess, sometimes hard to come by, sometimes everywhere? =(

ya i had the same problem too...n then i decided to buy the entire condo. now i hv 26 car park lots. but as i hv only 2 cars. the other 24 lots i use to play kachi beylong
