yes bro.. all the 3 series have increased by $5k from 3pm last saturday...not sure about the other models...but i am sure they are increased too. I managed to secure mine based on 139k listed price as I confirmed before 3pm on sat.

Yes bro u are right but not all the 3 series..... if u notice its more of the lower end, 325 and above are not reli affected. When i book my ride early July the diff between 323 and 325 is around 6k to 7k but now with the new price of 323, the diff only around 3k. So if just base on the price list, pple may just go for a 325.

Re: Prices for Bimmers

With this increase in price for 320i, does it mean its better for the 2nd hand mkt?

That's so true...sigh

Still torn between getting a 2-year 325i coupe and a new 320i sedan...

Re: Prices for Bimmers

Am planning to go down soon to check out the 525i.

1) Besides those features listed on PML website, what is the other features that one can expect from the standard equipment list? GPS, active steering, comfort access, soft close, I-drive etc

2) What is the current expected waiting time for delivery?

Thanxs in advance!

If you have old folks or very young babies to ferry, sedan is a wiser choice.

If there's no such issue, you can get a coupe 'cause it's more unique (my own opinion).

Since engine capacity is the same, depends on which looks you prefer.

[Sedan, take out 2 doors -> coupe -> more expensive
Coupe, take out roof -> cabrio -> more expensive
based on above logic, sedan is good buy because got extra 2 doors and roof.
I talk cock only, don't shoot me.]

Bro I fully agreed with what sis C3PO mentioned..... go for the 325i coupe man, u will nvr regret that.

But of cos u also muz consider the space u need vs the power/look. A coupe may not be good if u need to ferry old pple as they will complain but if u oni did it once a blue moon than maybe still alright...:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Anyway 335i will be much much better :p :p :p :p

E90 320 from PML & E92 320 from PI is difference engine. E92 320 is using Direct Injection 4 pot, which is more powderful & torquey of the 2. HOWEVER, this engine is not supposed to be marketed outside of Europe. Engine parts availability and workshop expertise will come into question.

When i ask the PI about the engine. He told me its the same engine as the e90 engine. CAn any e92 coupe owner verify? Would appreciate your help.

Re: Prices for Bimmers

What could be the reason for not selling it outside Europe?
Quality of petrol outside of europe not compatible? or emission not compatible? or weather condition not suitable?
Anyone knows?

If u need confirmation, very simple. Get the chassis & got to REALOEM & check..

Engine = N43. Direct Injection.
Engine = N46N. Same engine as E90.

As most PI car r source from UK, most likely N43.

Re: Prices for Bimmers

For the support wise. Does PI have the compablity to troubleshoot if any problem arises? If it is something which PI cant solve they have to go back to PML right?:eek:

Bro, if you buy from PI, you better make sure the PI know what he is selling and what the company is capable of. PML will not even bother about you if you don't buy anything from them and they will treat PI like rabbied cannines, if you know what I mean

Most PI don't have workshop. But they have panel workshop to support them. For international warranty claim in PML, u hav to pay 1st. Then it is reimbursed by BMW, PML will pay u back.

By the way, there r a lot of discussion on PI. Mayb u could go thru the forum patiently.
