E60 525i - $163k (new stock with better equipment)
E90 335i - $193k

Above are prices I obtained from fellow forummers and/or quoted by SEs taking into consideration overtrade for existing car and without taking loan. If there is no car for trade-in, they may not offer you the same price. But if you take loan, there should be further discounts of several thousand dollars depending on loan amount and loan period.

Hey, thanks man... What happen if I have a existing full-paid car with doesn't require any over-trade... Are those prices still applicable?

Not doing any referral. Instead, I am sharing info I gathered over the past couple of months to help newcomers. I was schooled in economics, hence I believe in free flow of information to help consumers make rational decision.

i think anyone reading this better realize the prices quoted would have been applicable to the customer's queries at that time, and wouldn't always apply when stock changes, etc.

eg: someone who is not taking a loan can't expect same prices as cash since no rebate. so do yourselves a favour and use it as a guide only.

The price above may be correct 3 weeks ago. I was trying to confirm the 320i professional deal with SE last week and was told priced increased by $10k to $124K. Quoted $114K initially.:verysad:

Now waiting for price to drop again.

No, the price for 320 is still the same. Unless my latest SE is pulling a fast one. Recently I feel that the standard of the SE at PML is really not up to par. I used to respect them but not anymore. It is good that we share all the prices here because the SE can smoke you until you blur blur. My advise is do some homework first before you go to the SE. Never believe in what they say because at the end of the day, their objective is to make a profit and not to serve you. How many of us go back to the same SE? Of course for those who still go back to their SE do continue because maybe he/she is really the GOOD one.

Those prices were for existing stock from 2008 production a month or so ago. For new stock, pricing would definitely be steeper. Could there be changes to the equipment level as well?

Very true. During my walk in a couple of months back, the first SE told me E90 320i Basic was selling at a special price of $115k. He asked me to book fast and he will give me $1000 servicing voucher if I confirm on that day. I told him I need to think about it and he said he got another customer waiting. Upon returning home and reading this forum, I then realised it was a poor deal. $115k would have got me the Professional edition instead. Naturally I did not book the car with him.

It appears PML prices is like stock prices (maybe benchmarked against the STI index). Now that the STI index has risen another 100+ points, better check with the SE whether their prices has increased by another $10K to $15K again!

Not sure about the equipment level. But he did indicate that will contact me in 2 weeks (that will be next week). Didn't sound confident that price increase will do well for sales.

The new price is now almost the same as Audi A4.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. Just like to say hi to everyone. I'm interested in getting a BMW. Would like to know if I can get a parallel import 135i coupe manual. Don't seem to be able to get any quotes. The above prices you posted are really attractive, are they PI?

COE now getting fewer, and coupled with the fact that PIs are now losing business due to IRAS and Customs crackdown (source: Yesterday's Straits Times), so prices will remain quite stable at least for authorised dealers. Once there were PIs selling 525i at great prices..I think they have all just about disappeared..hurhur
