Just got a call from my SE this afternoon.
List Price for F10 STD model = S$239,800
Overtrade (include all discount + trade-in of 2 yrs old E90) = S$30,000
Final Price = S209,800
It would be good to gather all potential F10 buyers here, and proceed to PML to nego as group-buy for this promo, believe could get another few thousand off.

The more the power of nego will be there but doubt that can get 20, think anything above 5 should be quite ok to nego.

Just to share.
Received a sms today from pml saying promo for existing 5er owners.
Went down to the Alexandra showroom was offered 140k for my 2008 525i. Was also told that the f10 omv between 45-46k. Test droved felt that the 8 speed gear box was really the best improvement over the e60.

it's normal. just like 320 has higher discount than 325
low spec is targeted to "basic" buyer + tight ammo ... so abit more discount lor
highline or high spec is targeted to "advance" buyer + got ammo whom PML knows is willing to PAY FOR IT

528i 4pot will be more expensive than 523i 6pot - confirmed and double confirmed based on PML track record
4pot turbo horsepower > 6pot NA ... it's too much power ... wait kena more summon and gantung license is no good la
