There's once when I quarrelled with a teacher when I was in sec4. She asked me go and see principal. But I walked out of school, took a bus to bt timah plaza and went to bookshop to read Match and Shoot. Enjoyable.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

When I was much much younger, I enjoyed going to the Stadium to watch Singapore plays Selangor. We had Edmund Wee, Samad Allapitchay, Said Mutallib, Au-Yeung Pak Kwan, Mohd Noor, Fandi Ahmad against the "Tow Kay" Soh Chin On, Santohk Singh, "Spiderman" Arumugam and the legendary Zaina Abidin....... fantastic atmosphere with the chants of "drinks, keropok, po piah...." amidst the stamping feet, hence the Kallang Roar.... Bring on Selangor !!! Bring on Federal Territory !!! Bring on Kedah, or Pahang.......

Then came the era of Abaas Saad and Alistair Edwards, which was still alright with Sundram, Tay Peng Kee, D Tokijan and Malek Awab screaming all over the field. Lim Tong Hai, Bohan Abu Samah and Jang Jung........ then Malaysia Cup aborted us. No more Stadium soccer for me.

The new guys are worse....... all attitude and no substance. And then we started this policy of buying foreign talents........
