May 13 gave us a bitter pill to swallow,
Just as we thought we have won,we didn't expect what was to follow.
The blues won the title all right,
But Fergie swore that day that he will come back strongly and fight.
December 9 is the day we all were waiting for so eagerly,
To avenge our loss became the aim of our players surely.
The atmospeher at Etihad was hostile,
City started well and the pressure was beginning to pile.
Just as we thought that they will dominate the game,
BAM came Rooney and spoiled their game plan.
The tides were surely starting to turn,
Rooney scored his second and left City to burn.
We ended the Half time surely on top,
City's fans were disappointed and their faces started to drop.
The second half was a different story,
The blues scored two and starting smelling glory.
They were thinking to hurt us again by staging a comeback,
They thought we would crumble and neglected the potency of our attack.
Just as the time was about to finish,
They conceded a foul and prayed that van Persie should miss.
But Karma is a bitch,
Robin curled one around Joe Hart and City fans starting having fits.
It was wonderful to show them whose the boss now,
The streets of Manchester were and will remain RED,no matter how much cash the Sheikh is willing to flow.
