In today's rides, only a ecu reflash and it will get e job done e.g. JDM or Euporean performance rides with factory limited to 180kmph or 155mph respectively, all can be disabled easily w/o a trace of tempering unless we push the ride to e speed limit to prove tempering.

Undoubtedly has grounds for implementation, however what is e speed limit to limit? It will likely be a failed campaign after time. Just simple wire bypass or disconnection. Remember the days where commercial and heavy vehicle are not permitted to exceed 50kmph while they had mandatory 'orange blinker' installed above the driver's cabin? All failed to work after time and those vehicles are speeding way beyond 50kmph.zorro;815536 said:

For the record, I did not venure out of the East today and henceforth therefore be that as it may, all my rights are reserved, whatever they are, against any one who slanders me or insinuate that I am an FT.

Try tampering that if it comes with a 2 year mandatory licence suspension!!
Nowadays we seldom hear of people breaching the weekend red-plate. Probably bcos a few people were fined tens of thousands of dollars.

Ma was pronounced dead on the spot and eye-witnesses said his head was almost severed with his neck veins popping out and limbs dismembered, an indication of how fast he was driving before ramming his Ferrari into the taxi.

Die no good ending because he had done too many bad things in life.. bad karma.. that may be true. But why brought 2 others with him? They seem innocent. His 'force' is too great and he needs companions in his journey? I guess this is the biggest WHY in this entire tragedy. Something which is inexplicable beyond science.
