This F10 AH5 (Active Hybrid 5)has a problem with activating the electric mode. The customer is quite upset as he just bought the car a few months back and only managed to drive in full electric mode for a couple of times. Upon checking we found that the auxiliary battery is very weak hence requires replacement. He is happy now that he gets to drive in e-mode

Looking at the damaged on the car, one would wonder the well beings of the occupants in this car.

All occupants escaped injuries apart from being shaken by the incident.

Kudos to BMW safety systems.

A car came in doing health checks before COE renewal and we found a common rattling noise. If you have a similar rattling noise, it could possibly be from the tensioners.

If you face similar problems, are here to help!

Always be observant of oil leaks on the floor. They're important telltale signs that something might be wrong.

Oil leaks in your car may result in reduced performance so make sure you check with your technicians for faults in your car!

In this case we replaced the valve gasket cover & oil filter housing gasket and glad to say that everything's good now! :)

Nothing makes us more happy than a healthy car.

Customer complained that aircon was not cold. After checking, we found that ac gas leaking from evaporator coil.

We had to remove front dashboard to gain access to the evaporator housing for replacement.

Now customer is enjoying the cool ice breeze in this hot burning SG weather ;)

If you notice overheating, it could be a blown head gasket.

If allowed to persist, the gasket will likely rupture, causing oil contamination of the coolant and vice-versa. This is a condition that must be avoided to prevent the inevitable damage caused by coolant mixing with engine oil.

Here we found oil leaks due to a blown head gasket. All is well and fixed now and car is back in tip top condition.
