I don't think it is about bullying newbie or anywhere close to it. I have seen it in other forums too. The typical scrutiny and critiques are on newbie questions such as:
(1) Should I service at PML or BVO/Boss/J4C.......?
(2) What is the workshop address?
(3) Where do I view wheels and tyres?
(4) Where to buy bodykits?
And so on and so on. Fact is - a chunk of these questions have been asked and answered, and it is an easy task to SEARCH on this forum, or even google it in the internet.
Not about hostility or being critical, but there is a point about spoon-feeding as mentioned by MW.
I agree.
I've been here 2 weeks and am still sifting through posts to learn more.
There is a wealth of information, recommendations and bright poison doors.
If one has an issue as to whether info/recommendation is outdated,
it probably would be well received if some elbow grease had been expended;
and perhaps all that is required
is that confirmation is desired.
Have yet to have to ask but am sure that I may,
Something maybe elementary to bros here as clear as night and day.
So I ask for indulgence if I pose a puzzle which is profound to me,
And hopefully would not get hooted; have to wait and see.

But even if I ganna, that would be absolutely fine.
Comes with the territory and better than LTA fine.
A newb and a lao jiao all share the same passion;
Bimmers it is and that has yet to go out of fashion.
Let's all break for lunch, look forward to beer or CKT and be merry;
If not, Chocs might just come in and claim alimony.
