216i GT Owners

Guys ... I'm in the midst of exploring the ride, and I will getting a 2-3 years old GT. What should I watch for to stay within the PML 5years warranty? I just kind of worry on those used car dealer never tell the truth of the car and end up PML not allowed to claim the warranty if anything goes wrong.
