On sunday, a PI in turf city offering 520i for 193kn 197k for 523i. Sibeh cheap.

I also tempted for PI's 520i.
Which PI? HY, LP or PM?

I think you can get better trade in with them.

I think you can expect $39K off, from what I gathered by the advertisement promo.

Dunno if it's really as good as $280K or $290K - because if it is, MTL, damn goot buy!

730Li comes quite highly spec'ed already. Everything from Sunroof, Dynamic Dampers, IAS, to rear windscreen shade (the newer 730Li batch has back passenger window shades as well!). Also 6-DVD, full black panel dash, iDrive, GPS, reverse camera with guidance etc etc etc, but MOST IMPORTANT: strawberry engine

280-290 sounds like a damn good buy!
Comparing to the individual 528i that was going for 290+k before discount,

No HUD - last I checked, even 750Li oso din have HUD as standard, got suction/soft close doors. Damn shiok, suck suck close hehehe.

Also got BMW sun protection glazing from factory... the rest is quite standard by today's standards (comfort seats, keyless entry, blue tooth, USB, 4 zone individual climate control etc). One thing that 730Li don't have as standard is side view and top view (surround view) camera - and it doesn't come with park assist (auto parallel parking)

sounds like a very good buy with so many added options and strawberry refinement, against the 528.

too bad i'm not towkay level yet. can only drool at it.

I wonder will there be a long term problem like their service workshop cannot find original BMW parts or there will problem which only AD service workshop can solve?

Will there be a different in price when we sell the car?

Hope to hear some advice.. and also like to know how many percent of Singapore's beamers are from PI????

Maybe out of 100, 5 from pi??? Or lesser...actually u shod ask urself if u will buy a 2nd hand car, will u chose from pi or pml esp after warranty period?

There bound to be some risk by paying a lower price. As long as u can take the risk (pi dun care if got problem or workshop that offer warranty dun honor it's words or close down). Moreover cars are getting more and more electronic stuff so who knows outside workshop dun have that equipment.

If u heng heng then no problem...pml car might also got problem but at least u know who to look for or scold them till they solve the problem...haha...

That's y pi cheaper by 30k maybe due to adoption fee also if u chose to send ur pi car to pml for servicing...as adoption fee is 30k by pml...

care to share who are their warranty workshop??? is 520i ready stock or order now then delivery in 2 to 3 months time???

as for re-sale it all depends on when you are selling it.............cause if after 3 years even AD cars also no more warranty..........







* honestly i would'nt take the risk........and i know that 30k is not a small sum thus the more i wouldnt take the risk plus this is a new variant so safer to buy from AD.

I did ask one pi before..their warranty is by limtan motors...5yrs warranty... Or 100k km...
