All the government sites (linked to internet) can be and will be hacked (if they want to).

However, rest assured the high secrecy sites of our government CAN NEVER be hacked because it is an isolated network not linked to the internet world... if it is hacked, its an inside job. Simple as that.

As I said:

1) It is an isolated network not linked to the internet world, there's not even a single lan cable or wifi or bluetooth connected to any point leading to the outside world... so it IS IMPOSSIBLE.

2) If it is hacked, its an inside job... so it IS POSSIBLE and the hacker will be easily caught.

It's linked to the monitoring command centre and that is linked to vendors .....

As I said:

I opt for Anonymous Collective to hack into the COE bidding system and ERP system........
so that COE pricing becomes negative (e.g. -$90k) and we get $ credited when we pass the gantry respectively... hurray, christmas will come early

I view it as hacker vs IT gurus here. Attacker vs defender.
Sit back and see who win...after all many companies & G agencies had spent $$ engaging what they called FT to run our IT infrastructure, time to show us they worth the $.

What the market now, to buy hacker, is it $1 pay $10, or $10 pay $1 ?
