Ok guys, please download and print out this form, and fill it up before the track registration on the 6th. All track drivers, track passengers, and track 2nd drivers need to sign this indemnity form.

By pre-filling it out, we can save a lot of time and avoid a bottleneck during the final minutes before the track opens. We usually dont have enough pens to go around also.

Guys, I have now received 40 paid slots for the March 6 track day. Registration is now closed, at 6pm on 8th of Feb. Thanks for your interest.

Please check back at this thread here for logistical and administrational updates. Those who have indicated that they want to join the official convoy, please forward me your hp number if you have not already done so. Those who are joining your own convoy with your group of friends, please do not indicate that you will be joining the "main convoy" so that I do not count additional cars in.

I will be emailing out the safety brief to everyone prior to the track day, so please forward me your email addresses if you have not already done so.

Guys, I have no choice but to add 4 more cars to our 40 car limit in the name of fairness. I hope this does not severely compromise on the overcrowding concern and I seek your understanding.

The reason is because at around the same time as Munich Auto's 15 slot confirmation yesterday, I also received 2 x $390 payments, for Kuvesh and Junwei, and for Ronnie and Harold. It is evidenced in my bank statement when I checked today. For fairness, and to give everyone benefit of doubt, I cannot exclude 4 slots from Munich nor from Kuvesh et al. This seems to be the only right thing to do.

Thanks for the keen interest in participation. It's gonna be a fun track day!!

Munich Auto.... power....chope so many slots!

If there is so much demand for track time by clients of Munich Auto, perhaps it should take a leaf from Eurosports and organise its own track days (and invite potential customers from the BMW forum along too)

Would be a much better PR move than denying regular trackies and bona fide forum members their track day through a massive block booking of TD slots.

i think its a good move from munich auto. drive those cars as they r meant to be. but maybe ask them come later. RB u shud shut the registration now.
