no..it happens only once every few years..the last time Orchard road flooded was 50years ago..now people are just over reacting..

heavy rain is not a freak accident anymore. deal with it.

bukit timah condo Tessirina kena again. half the cars submerege in water.

The last time it happened it was during a working day. Now its a weekend night, with the carpark probably full. Sure heavy casualties unless the management very on the ball and call for evac when the rain went on and on...

they sounded the alarm. every1 rushed to the lift. major jam. even those who got to their cars could not get out of the car park, coz the road outside the condo was flooded as well. was like driving into a pool. really dead end.

Too much debris which they didn't bother clearing. Look at the orchard road flooding, it was due to the debris left behind when they completed the ION. Moreover, Singapore is sprouting with buildings (condos, malls, etc)

The people living in that bt timah condo better subscribe to a damn zhoon weather forecast system. The moment heavy rain just go and move their cars to upper level. Hahaha..

Btw, if their price drop, will drop by how much?

Was there in the evening (ard 5 plus) outside Tessarina...the road outside are being used by residents to park their cars while trucks are seen pumping water out of the basement...
