will cat A crash to $20K
can buy A1 (122bhp) or VW beetle (105bhp) for my crouching tiger liao

a quick check on sgcarmart bmw and merc got no car below 130bhp
audi and vw got ... huat ah !!!

fabric seat + manual aircon + sibei laoya stereo with no screen ... uniquely 1st world country car
