Re: Changes to COE: Government includes car engine power to categorisation

Understand PML is going to increase all their car price by $6k, probably after today.

Re: Changes to COE: Government includes car engine power to categorisation

Maybe give it a year for the scholars to work on getting us there to 200k.......

It's exactly like my budgets in the friend's company ...... Corporate asks if they can cut the budget by 10%. And they did and the dept. worked fine. So corp ask again another 10% and again they did and it this went on till it was down to 60%.

My other friend from the corp side told me they would want another 10%. Asked him why. He said the guys there can afford it because he hasn't seen pain yet ..... And I asked how does pain look like ? He said that is when that dept. would refuse further budget cuts and threaten to quit then corp would know that's the limit.

Till such time ..... Squeeze the shit out of those guys to increase Shareholder value.

Well said RBB. So, when will WE feel the pain? 2016? 2021? 2026? When the COE cracks $200k and the CPF min sum crosses $500k? Or will we still say this is the best we deserve, because the other party can't even clean the hawker center's ceiling properly, without the man with the girly name to scrutinize them doing it? :lol2:

At the end of the day, we - absolutely, unequivocally, irrefutably - deserve to get what we voted in. $200k COEs and $500k min sums included.

Re: Changes to COE: Government includes car engine power to categorisation

2016 - me still in Singapore
2021 - maybe still in Singapore
2026 - you got to be kidding me, definitely not in Singapore.

Nusajaya. Go there retire like a king. Bloody exchange rate now, everything over there also worthless when convert the yields to SGD

Re: Changes to COE: Government includes car engine power to categorisation

highly unlikely but they might say renounce after 10 years than can take cpf ?
but a lot of Malaysians waiting for 55 to take their cpf, so they may need to change that too.

my dear friend.

the cheap gets cheaper.
while others see chance, I see cause and effect.
renouncing MY and getting SG was the best decision I made in this life.
