Have waited close to one hour just to collect my car after the pre warranty expiry check yesterday. The service manager told me my car was blocked by others after I complaint. Seriously 1 hour to locate and shift the car?

better than dbs bank ..... spent 2 hours to queue up to reset my atm card pin today ......
