"It appears that BMW is already updating the F20/F21 1 Series hatchback's front end look, much earlier than the usual LCI facelift schedule (3rd model year or later).

That BMW is updating a model's look only 1-2 years after introduction is a surprise, but given the negative reactions that the 1 Series' front end (headlights, in particular) has garnered, perhaps this sighting isn't so surprising afterall.

Our spy photos clearly show that the front end (and only the front) of the F20/F21 is receiving some cosmetic changes. From what we can see, the headlights will be made smaller, taking away some of the Angry Birds look that many have jokingly compared headlights to."

X3 20 also 2.0L turbocharged, with 0-100 clocked in 8.2 sec i would not say its horrendous.

X3 20 also 2.0L turbocharged, with 0-100 clocked in 8.2 sec i would not say its horrendous.

i test drove it, quite sluggish IMHO. Especially if u compare it against a 320i...but sedan vs. SUV, the former is bound to feel zippier.

Just didnt want to disturb my sales rep in PML as i would like to look ard first before deciding on the car. Like the new A250 & A5 but wife wanted a suv (X3, Q5 or Evoque). Didnt really like the sales person to pester me to change, hence would like to do my homework first b4 going to showroom. I know my range is abit wide, thats why didnt want to give the salesperson any false hope. No issue with BMW performance as currently driving a E63. thanks
