Its a cheap leather care product i recently tried.. cheap and good. Leave a very wet look on leather. after applying the leather machiam come to life liddat.. sibey original. Most important, easy to apply n after applied last long.

do u mean leathermaster instead?

leather master got very good review... but i never try before..

the one OLL recommend is Mr leather... quite good also..

Re: Look here if u like shiny black car!

Leathermaster might not be to your taste if you prefer shiny/wet leather as OLL recommended product - "Mr Leather"... it leaves a matt OEM finish, makes the leather feel grease-free, and to me is scent free (no famous leather-in-a-bottle smell sigh!). Also, It will not revive/restore cracked leather. I use it mainly because it also gives some (scotch-guard like) protection against wear as opposed to just conditioning it.
There are plenty of great leather products out there, and the main thing is that as long as they keeps your leather looking nice, that's all that really matters.
Maybe one day you show me the appearance/effects of "Mr Leather" on your leather, I'm quite interested to check it out.

cheers.

what colour is ur car ...hehe

Re: Look here if u like shiny black car!

my car is black saph... yah, I'm another black car sufferer lol! I think this weekend i will attempt to SIP/FFII my car, not looking forward to it tho.

looking at ur pics, i'm sure your car is shinier in person cos pics can never capture the true bling of a just waxed black car.

with regards to leather care (for FiercePink), the best investment you can make is to install UV rejection for ur windows. Modern cars now use what is termed Semi-Aniline or protected leather... The amount of protective lacquer coating is usually more for the case of the new generation of convertibles... for e.g. BMW made a big deal of the UV-repellent feature of the leather in the E93s when it was released. The problem with this protective lacquer coating is that it is prone to cracking and peeling over time if subjected to heat and UV rays. So if you wanna avoid your leather looking worn, try to install maximum UV protection for ur windows/windscreen... of course, you also reap the other benefits of UV protection (e.g. I've seen a 4 year-old E46 plastic vinyl dashboard "cracking" from lack of UV protection!)
Also, it is good to clean semi-aniline leather with a damp sponge routinely, as dirt buildup will wear the grain of your seats (i.e. make the texture/grain become "slidy"-smooth) as well as erode the lacquer.

hope that helps, cheers.

Re: Look here if u like shiny black car!

yah, i've been twice or 3 times before... but i see all the cars mod so fierce and mine is stock, so i pai seh, never really mix around... not that crazy about modding (thought that the car looks/drives pretty neat stock), felt like a fish out of water.

cool, hopefully the 2nd layer will be a breeze this time. will be waiting to see the new shots/pics! :)

Re: Look here if u like shiny black car!

My sheep-skin mitt from the old SpaForCars days is disintegrating, anyone knows where I can get a replacement locally?
