BMW got BMW Financial Services giving out loan, i presume Merc and Audi got their equivalent dept too
even buying computers from HP also got HP Financial Services, same goes to Cisco network equipment
all these financial services are not regulated by MAS.
MAS "restrictions" only affect banks like uob, dbs, ocbc, etc ... will these banks kaypoh unfair playground where many loaner will go to MAS unregulated financial services

After so many pages, the conclusion stays the same:

(1) no one here will touch new cars for the next few months
(2) some will go to used car dealers who will choot patterns (personal i/o auto loans, back-dating)
(3) eventually MAS will clamp down on these loopholes
(4) COEs will show a slow slide, and even at $50K to $60K, we will still wait
(5) some will still KPKB on lower car prices even though 6 months ago the same group of people KPKB on high COE prices

very common.. in fact these folk are everywhere.. like in property.. want to buy others at fire sales price... but want to sell theirs at all time high super tock kong price....

there r so many guys who want high trade in value for their used car but want to buy new at lower... alot of this type of pattern

i will carry on kpkping i shall never surrender.

unless there are really few buyers due to 50% downpayment and 5 years loan
unless buyers unite and don't bite until dealers slash their price lelong

In the past, CB F13 a dime a dozen. Now, thanks to the Garhmen, I feel so superior everytime I get behind the wheel of my sart sart F13. Almost like I'm a big baus now. Feels my LP also bigger. I think at GE2016, I might still end up voting the same - because they make me feel so good! Huat ah!
