Good question. You sound like an auditor. But let's see what MOM will do.

police should have sprayed the crowds with rubber bullets, for their bruises will enable the police to identify them later.

Re: Riot at little india

I hope the garment handle the riot like they would in the 60s and 70s.
PRC strike is the first, indian riot will not be the last either unless the authority
Put their feet down and remind them this is Singapore and they must follow
Our law and regulations. Else more to come.....

Many Foreign workers have very low self-esteem, please treat them like an equal | The Real Singapore

Editor's Note: We should continue to fight for the rights of Singaporeans and ensure we are treated with priority in Singapore. However, we should not target foreigners and look down on them or think that they are less of a human just because they are getting a very low pay and living in very poor conditions. They are also human beings, they have a family back home to feed just like you. Singaporeans have to be very clear to target their anger and frustration at the PAP government and the flawed government policies and not on these poor foreigners who are just trying to seek for a better life here in Singapore.

Are we against FTs or FWs? Policy on utilising foreign workers also flawed?

Re: Riot at little india

The best post I ve read on the net since this started.....

" I am of the humble opinion that Commissioner of Police NG JOO HEE SHOULD TENDER HIS RESIGNATION AS THE NATION’S TOP COP. HE MAY BE ACADEMICALLY HIGH QUALIFIED but as a Commissioner of Police he miserable lacks what is required for this Top Position.
I can volunteer to draft his Letter of Resignation with my Two Cents Worth of the English Language.
I am prepared to pay for the postage and the cost of the envelope.
As the postbox is nearby, I can post this Letter of Resignation for him.
NO CHARGES to be made just one favour towards the Nation to get rid of DEAD WOOD in the Singapore Civil Service without Undue Delay !
By the way, I am NOT an Indian National with an Indian Passport. "

Sensible question: Is it safe to travel within 1 clique radius from the scene? Popular haunts for BMW drivers like MTW is not that far away ;) On other hand, it means the popular ones will be easy to book :D

This year very hiong like last year. We started with Protest against White Paper, Chinese bus driver on strike, Ah Gay and Ex-SCDF Chief sex for grafts, Michael Palmer, WP wins by-election, City Harvest trial, Law lecturer sex for grades, Ah Dave wanted by Interpol for match fixing, Hackers on PMO and Istana websites and we round up the year with Riot..

Any that I missed here?
