Pump 2 part 98 and mix with 1 part 95 = 97

Definitely NO, by looking at Shell logo, it was Si Ham . So if you pump v power , the most you can get is just few more pcs si ham to put into your si ham kueh teow.
 
Pay and Pay in Singapore lor! top up your tank before it reaches 1/4 tank - alternate fill with 95 and 98... a good way to save paying more $$ to Garmen. Otherwise go JB for Shell V-Power!
