I have the same opinion .... initially when I saw the pics .... The F30 look too much like the E90 especially from the side... externally it seems that the changes are made to the front and rear of the car. Interior, much much nicer compared to the E90. However, the look seems to grow on me and I am begining to like it better and better.
I recalled when the E90 was launched, I did not like it as I prefered the wider and lower look of the E46 .... but the look grows on me as well. If a E90 and E46 are parked side by side, the E90 defunitely looks better.
At the end, it is down to price of COEs...... at this moment, unlikely to change but top of my list if I am changing car in the future. I am also not keen for the initial batches .... better for them to iron out the teething issues first.
