Bronzcarman in Toh guan Centre is not bad but i suspect that a micro-szied (2mm) chip on my bonnet may be caused by their overenthusiastic polishing...

been using their service since they started and my views :

a. service attitude and quality have dropped a lot. after washes, they do not dry your car thoroughly and most times wheels are still dirty. though my car is exclusively washed and groomed by them, i noticed swirls increasing at an alarming rate.

b. very expensive, to the point that i think they have priced themselves out of the market. my unlimited package cost me $1300+ base, each session another $58 or $68 on convenient days like friday and saturday. based on my calculation, i spent above $2000 yearly on them. stupid me. might as well just save the money and re-spray my car.

having done some research, i think the value you get out of them simply does not justify the crazy pricing. there's no loyalty pricing too.

in short, service quality does not justify price and impression you get is your business not treasured.

i'm looking elsewhere.

Hi, recently bot a 1yr 9mths E60, dark color. Every about the car was good, except the paint/polish work. Went to CS-II a week ago, wa'lah all swirl marks gone with gross index of 88% to 90%... nice I like it...

just sharing info. always wanted to have my car really shiny , but not wanna spend huge $ every vist. hence, been using this guy - MAN, (used to do for exhibition cars - Alfa). set up a shop in AMK industrial. very negotiable on what u need and even pricing. Very helpful. Wash, wax, interior, rims cleaning (even leather seat conditioning) etc at cheap price - $3X. i do not like paying membership fees, hence this cheap option suits me best.

All liquid molly products in case u r particular.

they still outsource to some1 outside. and the prices they r charging u can prob groom 2 times over elsewhere

I thought they did a pretty good job with the paintwork, sealant when I collected my new car. After 1 month under rain and shine, still like new.

if u r happy by all means use them. just find their pricing cut throat. word of adivse, try and avoid letting them wash ur car during visits for servicing. they tend to leave "additonal" stuff on your paintwork!

The two main premium carnauba wax in the market are Zymol and Swissvax.

Me too. CARDO provides very thorough service. They even "vacum" the engine bay to remove all dirt, grime etc...

And they have Crystal Rock which has been developed by Paul Dalton (link)

And here's his famed 5000 pound car wash which uses about 62 steps...(link)

Nowadays I DIY. I bought the machines and polish.

When I collected the car from car dealer:

They sent it to some petrol station grooming.....the bonnet and boot were worse.

So I did the bonnet:

A lot more to recover.

I used a rotary. Orbital would not have enough cut.
