No I am not bored bcos I have gone into hybernation. Now I am writing a book called "Turbo Lag 101". But I think when my book is completed and published, the CHIA is still not here yet

I have seen this thread for months. It is really ... I feel for you. Damnit, this sucks. I've seen this thread for months and I never felt it, but now I do. Even Ferrari buyers get pissed off with the 2 year wait, and you seem to be waiting forever for a mainstream sports coupe. WTF?
1.4 tons, naturally aspirated 3 litre engine or 3.2 crazy screamer engine, 2 doors 2 seats, beautiful in every sense - the Z4 Coupe - go for it.

Errr....perhaps you haven't noticed...but the gahmen's talk about a "gradual appreciation of the sing dollar" is a load of crap. Our dollar is shrivelling, so anything from Europe is bound to become more expensive.
As for my 335....
[a] how did I ever live with less than 400Nm? In fact I could use quite a bit more than that, even on Singapore's half-wit-clogged streets. Yes, I am thinking of *you* clowns out there who take 5 minutes to realise that the lights have changed colour.
Although the paddles are fun, I still wish I had ordered a manual. I use the paddles all the time, the automatic --- even *this* automatic --- is rubbish. I hate high-revving a car, and in this car there is no point anyway; but the automatic seems to think that it is installed in a WRX or some other bengmobile. But even with the paddles, it changes down in a way that took a long time to learn to predict. I'd rather *know*, with certainty, what gear I am in when I take a 90 degree turn "too fast".
[c] Still the best car out there for that money or any money short of a Cayman S!

A bit OT and not sure if its been mentioned but thought i type it here... for those intending to buy, love manual and intending to mod to high heavens, its $6k LESS. Just been to pml and my friend was enquiring. Save urself some ca$h buying an auto then swapping to manual.

Yeap 1.5k excess too .
Initially I got a quote for $800 excess n lower premium, and I thot I KTGL
. Next the sotong called back and said "Oh my dear Beng, the insurance company found out that yr car got turbos so must up the premium":furious: and also up the excess:screwedu:

Thing was, when I collected the CHIA, there was a e90 335 n e93 335 also waiting collection. Problem is...all of them including mine, is black . So I suggest new buyers select any colour other than black from now onwards:laughlik:

1 week ago out of the blue my SE calls "Heh, Beng ah, your CHIA has arrived at the ports today" . Wah Lau, I almost choke on my roti prata. Collected CHIA on Monday but on same day a letter from PML was received in my letter box :screwedu: saying "Thx u our valued customer, yr car is scheduled to arrive ######. Yr SE will get in touch with u shortly.....##### "

Thats a good 5-month wait for me, and my SE says it considered short liao. When did u place yr order ? Maybe cxl it and grab one of those e90 335 if still available. PML brought a few in w/o sunroof. Saw one black one when I collected mine. Looks fierce le.
