Actually I have no intension to pursue this case, but it has been very troubling. Finally, I collected my car on 11 May 2007 after long 16 days detained by PML.
Unfortunately,
my Bluetooth not functioning properly as before,
found my CD panel lots of scratches
found a clip beside driver seat, (Photo taken)

Also requested activities/item replacement report on the same day(11th May 2007) when I collected my car, but till now it still not ready yet. Surprisingly, after 8 long days still unable to fulfil my request as promised.

I suspect something is very wrong…………., have they done something to my car which they cannot justify?

Sorry to hear of your plight dude... it pretty sickening to hear of such support service for such a nice car.

I personally think cycle & carriage are much well organise than PML. I don't know how the top managements manage the company. ha ha ha, think about it. Individualisation......

bro, i think some of us here can symphatise with your plight, but thot u have not really gotten into detailing what wrong with your car. care to share more?

wish ur car is on a steady recovery soon.

good point, they just "celebrated" 3,000 E90 sold over the weekend. They plan for increased sales volume but do not plan for increase in car services? Sales oriented?

Then again, what's new, this is Singapore and I have very low expection for customer services everywhere. Just look at our flag-ship airline. So many PPS until service level drop, then what they do? Instead of improving they frequent flyer services, they make it harder for you to qualify, all the wise people running the company.

I won't be surprise if PML increase their service charges to reduce service volume and "improve" their service. Because this is how the wise corporate eagles think, kill 2 birds with one stone.

Legal, no money but time plenty.

Anyway, PML service advisors are doing a great job, but i dont think the service and parts depts. are on par with them.

Hi...all ..Most of the service advisors in PML knows very little about thier own products, when you send in your car with what ever problems this guys will guess here and there,push problem here and there and when they cant slove your problems they gone missing or hide away...I always ask them to list down those items change or replace even under warranty..(cause i wanted to monitor why brand new car have so much problems) Can you still remember when ever you send in for a repair and they call you to collect your car..go to counter take your key and get lost..How many of us have come across service advisors explain to you about your car unless you pay money for the repair than you can see advisors..warranty repair no money to collect so...no need to talk so much...

haa haa.. me just collected some parts from PML last week, the part department bloke I spoken to amazes me just as much when I kind of query him the purpose of the parts.. kekekekekeeke.......
