I was debating whether to put them on. I don't know if it's deja vu or what but i've seen TONS of WRXs/STIs on the road sporting euro plates. I reckon they did a group buy or something.

And yeah, i have the spares in the trunk, in case..

actually, i think its a bad idea.

you don't want to be stopped for a minor offence like illegal euro plates only to be caught for a much more serious offence like driving without a valid license.

I don't think it's legal to have white plates on the rear. If I'm not mistaken, the combo should be either black frt / black rear or white frt / yellow rear.

Euro Plates are attracting too much attention... past ur driving and get the full 24 points allowance after a year before u get the attention of the TPs. U should mod ur P-plate maybe~ haha.
But then all said, i think the plates are nice, haha. Did you import them? Maybe you can try to email LTA to confirm and see if its legal.

Yup..correct...has sth to do with the speed camera..all white plates woudl mask and hide the number cos of reflection..that is why they chose yellow

Just came back from Sin Wee Chuan, as recommended by TripleM. Met Mike there on Monday to pass him my front lip to get it painted and went again today to have the front lip installed together with the rear diffuser.

The paint came out perfect and overall, i couldn't be more pleased with Mike and his service. Absolutely top notch. Install took around 3 hours and after everything was done, FWAH, like i had a totally new car.

Okay, enough talking, thanks Mike, Jack, and everyone else that helped!

Oh btw, it's a GruppeM Titanium exhaust. I wanted to go the Meisterschaft route like recommended by many people but it cost almost SG$2000 more than this.

Oh well..

Hopefully i'll find some time to install it soon.
