whenever govt chut pattern, dealer and agent definitely has the solution to it
just like property immediately give exta 7% discount to counter 7% ABSD

cat A ... $70K > $50K ... stabilise
cat B ... $90K > $70K > $60K ... stabilise

unless there are really few buyers due to 50% downpayment and 5 years loan
unless buyers unite and don't bite until dealers slash their price lelong

DV says, once coe down $20K all the kan cheong spider will rush to showroom liao ... dealer will sms buy now before coe rise again

Then coe may not fall too much..

How come can be so blatant?? 80% and 7 year loan instead of 5.
