I haven't tried their paint shop yet so cannot comment. I also dunno if its owned by them or partnership with the paint shop. My only close (non) encounter with the paint shop is when Randy tried to call the supervisor to come down to inspect my door rubber tubing and after 2-3 calls to him (and that's like 20 mins waiting by me), he still tua pai dun wanna come down. So at last I said its ok, I can DIY and then drove off. Not Randy's or Revol's fault.

My apologies as I guess it could be our spray painting department supervisor being held up during that time thus it took a longer time for him to come down.

Thanks to Marcus and team for top notch ceramic grooming of my six plus year old white ride done on Sunday morning !!!

It was so shiny that the front car had to spray water on my kkgg ride last night

From making the appointment to picking up the ride, the service was professional, dedicated and friendly. The car was sent in for a thorough wash and polish, but the team fixed paint chips, burrs and scratches, cleaned out the interiors and freshened the upholstery in a matter of hours. The finish is just beyond expectations, and fast! Thank you Revol team for the awesome work, and Gavin for the excellent experience be back soon!

Brought my 24 year old E36 to the Revol team yesterday for the first time and was truly wowed. First time I have received a call from one of their admin staff to follow up on my grooming. arrangement was done for the touch up.

As I was busy, went back 2 weeks later for some minor touch up, car was done and washed up again, returning the gloss the day I pick up the car from them.

There may be times where worker have overlooked some area during the grooming process.

First time I have received a call from one of their admin staff to follow up on my grooming. arrangement was done for the touch up.

As I was busy, went back 2 weeks later for some minor touch up, car was done and washed up again, returning the gloss the day I pick up the car from them.

I still think Revol provides the most detail grooming in the market.

I was happy to see how much they have restored the shine. To me, it like new. Just look at those exhaust tips..
Small areas of imperfection, I can live with it cos it's an old car liao.

Just came back from a session from REVOL, my white bmw convertible is spanking shiny! Never thought it is possible with a 5 year old car!

I have a dent at my rear bumper and some dents on the side door, does it matter if i send my X5 to ur Ang Moh Kio or Toh Guan branch to get it fixed?

After all the wonderful reviews of Revol, I decided to pay them a visit for some paint protection work, and I'm glad to say that I sure wasn't disappointed after. Wonderful service and results from Alan and team at Toh Guan for transforming my 6 yr old black E90 into a sparkling beauty again after a dose of PPS.

Alan was even kind enough to help with some complimentary touch up paintwork even though it was after hours. Will be back for my car washes and my bumper respray

Read alot on this forum for reviews of Revol and decided to give it a try. Whatsapp-ed Gavin last evening and he responded promptly throughout my thorough interrogation of the whole process and products utilized. Agreed at this point with many highlighting their patience approach. After a short pause during the exchange of messages, he came back and asked if I'm available to do it today at 9am Toh Guan. 1st thought: solid lah this Gavin... really can perform like what many has mentioned about their customer service.

I informed Gavin of the black car condition at 4 years plus with lots of swirl marks and not much shine. Kinda dull black actually. I am hoping to get the paint back to new showroom condition. The rims are really in terrible condition. From gloss black becomes matte black with ruby hue.... Can you imagine the state of the rims??

Went down this morning and Alan was there to welcome me. Explained patiently all the differences of the various types of coating and encouraged me to pick up the ceramic coat. He then proceeded to book a cab for me and was more worried than me when the cab couldn't locate the place. Nice touch here...

Very impressed after picking up my ride!!!! I would say 90-95% of the swirl marks are gone with a very fine polished wet look. Look at the rims as well... about 80-85% recovery given the poor initial condition, I'm happy with that result. Upon reaching, Alan even brought me on a final QC inspection on both interior and exterior just to make sure that I'm satisfied with their service. Sensing that I was concerned with 2 minor lines on the hood, Alan instructed his team to polish and reapply the ceramic coat immediately. Seriously, such customer service is hard to come by nowadays. In addition I did not sign up any package and Alan was cool about it. He even offer the package price if I do return later. To add on, Gavin gave the green light to add in a 'Special' service to the interior. This overall experience and service, really cannot complain...
