Oh man!!!

I tried to play my DVDs but just can't get it to work!

1) Put in Original Lord of the Rings DVD....read as "Unknown"

2) Put in pirated DVD.....Read the audio tracks and started playing the audio of the movie....WITHOUT the picture!!!! OMG!!!! WTH!!!!!

It's time to make a trip to Soundwerkz!

I can only answer for number 1.

BMW made their DVD to only play DVD movies in our region. Probably its made in "Asia" i guess. My Transformers 2 could not be read. So i decided to use the "older" movies like the 1st Transformers, and Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift and it works!

I guess certain movies can be played? Just try any of your existing orginial movies, one will definitely work. :woottt:

WHat are the procedures to look-out for ?

10k downpayment/ booking fee?

WIll they give me a note to explain my F10 OMV?

Not bad. I had to pay $20k for the booking fee.

But I didn't have to worry at all for the paperwork lah. The PI(Star Deals) I went to was good. No hidden costs or funny business. WYSIWYG. What I liked was the upfront attitude. Everything discussed without holdback of information. I was actually on the way to another PI to book the same model after deciding for a long time cos of the PI holding back quite a bit of information. Then just before I went to that PI I went online and found Star Deals....went down to see and immediately booked after discussion with the boss. Do get the guaranteed COE deal. I "earned" $8k on the last COE bidding! heh heh....

If you want can try going to them. I think they have a 535i and a 528i still on stock. Both white. I took the black one! hehe....

Insist on immediate COE registration, dun go for any bid, must take delivery within 2 weeks...

The chasis number and OMV must be indicated in the sales agreement...

Tell them to try your loan first before you commit... or else once you committed, they will use the "loan not approved yet" to delay or buy time...

Add in compensation clause that if they could not deliver your ride within the stipulated time frame.

Was bidding for coe for the past several rounds but never reach my desired "low" level...

Then came the promo from PML 2 weeks ago and grab the great offer!

By the way, if ur PI has those $56k open cat coe wif them then u're quite safe...

Shld the coe cross $70k on this coming bid, i dun tink they want to suffer a "technically" $10k+ losses, rite?

That's why i been bidding my own coe to avoid such tussle or dispute...

by right...if you are getting next week or end of the month.... you would know and get the COE already. PML shld have assigned u.

But saw many Breyton GTS on the road.... a tad too many liao...

Just come across a Japanese brand, NKB... quite nice and not common on the road...

All new cars must send for inspection leh... how to make it on time...
