Re: Popping Noise fr E60 Hi, this "popping" problem can be resolved. It has to do with the rubber on the door rim. Sound strange to me but that was what my colleague told me, he had it fixed by PML under warranty. His 523 had that 2 months after taking delivery. My ride is about 3 months...

Re: My BMW Badge came off!!! I had the same problem too on my E39! Wasn't sure if it was stolen but after reading a few thread before, I am convinced it has to do with quality rather than prankers artwork! Fortunately, it happend few days before I took delivery of my E60! :juggle:

Re: Amazing Glaze What about ToughSeal?? I tried it, results seem satisfactory... gross stays with the car for a long time too. Was at PML for a minor setup, parked next to a pretty new E90, I can tell the difference in finishing.

Re: MP3 capability on the e60? Nope... not possible, that is what I was told too! This headset don't seem to be able to playback MP3 recorded disc... strange!

Re: AC Type III Racing Wheels Hi, you sure you really want a 19" rim. The ride will be very hard. I used to have a 16" original on my E39, upgraded to a AC Type2 rim, 235/45/17, gave it up within 3 months! Now my E60 comes with 225/55/17.. ok but I wouldn't go for 18 for I personally...

Re: Tweeter for E60 hi, that's right. Extremely disappointed! My previous ride, E39 520 (2.2 version, 2001) comes with OEM amp and tweeter, much better set-up than this E60! Kind of crap right, for such an executive car yet they sting on such fundamental equipment! Sigh....

hi, E60 523 do not come with a tweeter.. thinking of installing one, anyone out there has any recommendation? I am thinking of either MB Quart or Focal, audio, hope to get a crossover too. cheers!

Re: Revo Add-on Ya, that's right. Wondering how it will work with my E60 iDrive unit, especially the controls, now that Revo has it's own control unit.

Wanted to know whether anyone out there has installed the Revo Analog-Digital processor in a E60? Will that affect the iDrive controls?
