Yup, children should be given the opportunity to test a range of activities (academic and non-academic) before they themselves and parents realise where their interests lay. I like to play/watch football but it does not automatically mean my son will like it too. Exposing him to this sport and others will give us both a chance to evaluate his interests. So who's gonna win FA Cup this weekend???
